Holiday Veggie Plate Wreath
Grab your sharp knife and round dish for this simple + festive veggie wreath. Easiest app ever!
2 large cucumbers, sliced
6 celery stalks, cut in half, then sliced lengthwise
1 small bag sugar snap peas, ends trimmed
1 bunch broccoli
1 small container cherry tomatoes
1 cup Tahiniholic, for dipping
2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
2 red bell peppers
Next arrange celery and sugar snap peas in a circular pattern, slightly overlapping cucumbers. Add broccoli to surround the serving bowl in center.
Place cherry tomatoes throughout vegetable wreath.
Cut yellow bell peppers into stars with a mini star cookie cutter.
Use a knife to carve the red bell pepper into a bow (cut the top rounded parts into two pieces, then cut two longer pieces for the “tie”).
