One Pot Barbeque Pork Pasta
3 TBSP tomato paste
½ cup water
1 cup Honey Aleppo Holic sauce
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cups cooked, shredded pulled pork
8 oz rotini or wagon wheel pasta
2 1/2 cups beef broth
2 green onions, diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Honey Aleppo Holic and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add seasoning and fresh basil.
Stir in pulled pork, broth and pasta, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, until pasta is al dente.
Top with green onions and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Serve immediately.
