Ingredients
1 lb penne pasta
1 cup heavy cream
2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz. baby spinach
4 tbsp Holic Tahiniholic
1 small lemon, the juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
1 pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to instructions until it’s al dente. Drain
2. Heat cream on medium heat in a sauce pan until simmering. Add Tahiniholic, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper and parmesan. Mix well and cook until combined and creamy, add spinach and cook until wilted. Add pasta. Top with chili flakes if desired.
3. Serve and enjoy!
