The Best Spicy Steak
2 large boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 bunch green onions, cut into 3” pieces
1 bottle Honey Aleppo Holic
Pat steaks dry on both sides with a clean paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix together seasoning salt, paprika, white pepper and red pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of the steak and rub into meat.
Place steak in a large ziploc bag or airtight , green onions and 1/2 of the bottle of Honey Aleppo Holic. Marinate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Place green onions and steak on grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side of the steak, according to desired doneness. Once grilled, transfer to a plate and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Slice steak into strips, place on a serving platter topped with green onions. Drizzle with remaining Honey Aleppo Holic. And enjoy!
