Holic Foods produces a range of naturally addictive, totally delicious sauces, dips and condiments. Each can be poured and used straight from the bottle BUT can also be used as a bold-flavor recipe ingredient. We want you to experiment with our signature jalapeño-based Jalapeñoholic sauce to come up with an original one pot recipe that showcases it being used as an ingredient. This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the entry of their submission.  

Entry Deadline: March 1^st 2021

Description: Contestants must submit an original recipe featuring Jalapeñoholic Spicy Jalapeño Sauce used as an ingredient. 

The recipe must be simple, require just one pot and should take less than 45 minutes from start to finish!

Please include a photo (or photos) of the finished dish and come up with an inventive name for your culinary creation.

• Grand Prize: $500 PLUS a Holic Foods gift pack with an estimated retail price of $25.
• Second Prize: $250 PLUS a Holic Foods gift pack with an estimated retail price of $25.

Entries must be submitted no later than March 1^st 2021

Entries must include a clear and easy to follow recipe, a photo (or photos) of the finished dish, and the entrant’s name, mailing address, and phone number. Entries that do not include all of these components may or may not be included in the contest, at the sole discretion of Holic Foods. 

We will attempt to email an acknowledgement to each entrant, but will not be responsible for lost or late submissions. 

Winners will be assessed on the effort, skill, creativity, and originality of the recipe. For example, we may consider the overall flavor of the finished dish, the attractiveness of the photo(s) submitted, and/or the ingenuity and simplicity of the recipe, all may be taken into consideration to decide the winners.

Entries will be judged by representatives of Holic Foods, LLC. The judges’ decisions will be final. Winners will be notified and prizes mailed by May 1^st 2021.  If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (ii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected

To qualify, Jalapeñoholic Spicy Jalapeño Sauce must be included in the ingredients list of your original recipe. Contestants may enter as many recipes as they like and will be eligible to win one or both prizes. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Each entry must be the original creation of the contestant and not previously published. Entrant assigns to Holic Foods, LLC all rights, title, and interest to all contest submissions, including the right to publish the recipe and any submitted photos in any manner at any time. Holic Foods, LLC reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright and publish any or all entries and may use these entries in any media without further attribution or compensation to the entrant or anybody else. All entries submitted become the property of Holic Foods, LLC. Holic Foods, LLC has the discretion to make a public attribution to the contestants name and/or social media profiles. 

By submitting a recipe, the entrant states that he/she meets all the terms and conditions stated herein, including but not limited to the terms of eligibility and originality.
